If the product is stopped or seized in customs, you may contact your local customs office to request release of the package by paying the applicable import fees. Alternatively, you may reject the package so it can be returned to the sender. Once the returned package is received, we will either reship it for free or refund the product amount—as per your preference. Please note, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost in this case. For refunds, the original delivery fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Note: Refunds will only be initiated once the returned package is received. We are not responsible for packages that are seized and not returned to us.

Product Expiration We do not issue refunds based on complaints about short expiration dates. Before shipping, we ensure that all products have a sufficient shelf life for practical use. As long as the expiration date is more than 3 months from the delivery date, the product is considered valid and usable. Therefore, products with more than 3 months of shelf life remaining are not eligible for return or refund due to expiration concerns.
