It takes from 2 to 10 business days for packages to reach customers' locations worldwide once it is shipped out. However, due to the flight schedule or customs issues, it may be delayed sometimes.

Refund, Return and Replacements

The issue must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, if no problem is reported, we will confirm the transaction as closed.

Refund is available when products are returned back to Glass-SkinBeauty.shop in original packaging and undamaged.

How to claim a refund if the product doesn’t result in the desired outcome?

In cases of wrong or improper usage, which might result in undesired performance and outcome, Glass-SkinBeauty.shop does not bear any responsibility related to product performance.

To claim a refund, Glass-SkinBeauty.shop requires a full video recording of unpacking and the procedure done with the given product, which supports the customer’s claim and helps identify the cause of the problem. If a video recording is not provided, no refund is available.

For returns or refunds, you can contact us by email - be.you.beautiful@outlook.com, including a picture of the damaged or unopened product and the reason or information regarding the mentioned product.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 24 hours after delivery.

The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods as soon as practically possible upon delivery and shall give verbal or emailed notification to the seller on the day of delivery of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed.

Where the buyer has accepted, or has been deemed to have accepted the goods, the buyer shall not be entitled to reject goods that are not in accordance with this statement.

Title and Risk

The buyer assumes all risks by ordering from the webstore.

Risk shall pass on delivery of the goods to the buyer’s address.

Until title passes, the buyer shall hold the goods as bailee for the seller and shall store or mark them so they can at all times be identified as the property of the seller.

The seller may maintain an action for the price of any goods notwithstanding that title in them has not passed to the buyer.
